FAQ
Products, processes and purchasing
What does STAR.I TECHNOLOGY manufacture?
STAR.I manufactures lead-free solder, solder paste, solder bars, solder wire, electroplating anodes, tin-plated copper wire and alloy wire, plus SICAL-brand flux, cleaners, thinners, SMT adhesive, antioxidant powder, dross reducer and lead-free solder paste.
What is the lead content of your lead-free solder?
Lead is controlled below 1000 ppm (0.1 wt%) and cadmium below 20 ppm. Lead-free bars, wires and pastes are SGS-tested.
How should solder paste be stored and warmed up?
Store sealed at 5–10°C and do not freeze. Warm at room temperature for 4–6 hours without opening, then mix in one direction for 1–3 minutes before use.
How can I request a quote, sample or technical data?
Contact us by phone at +86-755-33823300, by email at info@szxzd.com or through the inquiry form. Include the alloy, product form, quantity, process and delivery requirements for a formal quotation.
