Quality management system
STAR.I has built a customer-based product solution system and operates an ISO 9001 quality management system. The brochure shows ISO9001:2008.
Quality control covers incoming materials, in-process control, finished-product inspection and dispatch. Experienced engineers and laboratory staff manage key processes and testing to keep products stable and reliable.

What are the lead and cadmium limits?
Lead is controlled below 1000 ppm and cadmium below 20 ppm in the lead-free series. A direct-reading spectrometer monitors alloy elements and impurities.
