Company profile
STAR.I was founded in 1999. The group includes Xingzhidao Technology Electronic and Xingzhidao Solder Material Production Co., Ltd., covering R&D, production and sales of solder products and electronic chemicals.
The company has built a customer-based product solution system and operates an ISO 9001 quality management system. Products are stated to meet GB 3131 and GB 8012, JIS Z 3283 and QQ-S-571E, and the lead-free series is SGS-tested.
STAR.I selects domestic and international raw materials, uses advanced processes and production equipment, and controls quality from incoming material to finished product with experienced engineers and laboratory staff. Lead-free process requirements receive particular attention.
R&D and manufacturing
The company uses a Japanese solderability tester and a German direct-reading spectrometer. The solderability tester evaluates wetting and spreading by the wetting-balance method, supporting flux and alloy development. The spectrometer monitors metallic elements and impurities, keeping lead below 1000 ppm and cadmium below 20 ppm in lead-free products.
Solder bars use high-purity metals and vacuum deoxidation. Solder wire is available in single-core and three-core constructions with rosin, no-clean or water-soluble flux. Solder paste is classified by alloy, melting point, cleaning method and activator type. SICAL chemicals cover flux, cleaners, thinners, SMT adhesive, antioxidant powder and dross reducer.
Quality philosophy
STAR.I follows the principle of “quality first, integrity-based.” The value of solder materials is not only price, but batch consistency, wettability, residue control and process fit. Incoming material control, in-process testing and finished-product inspection aim to make every batch traceable and verifiable.
Service model
STAR.I engineers can visit customer sites to guide processes, listen to issues and work with customers on system-level technical solutions. Products can be modified for specific requirements, so customers receive sales service and technical support suited to their process.
